Flatbed loading a disabled sedan at night in the rain, amber lights on
— Service / Emergency Towing

Any hour. Any weather.

Blown engine at 2am on Olio Road or a no-start in the Kroger lot at noon — the number works the same. Straight rate on the phone, real ETA, truck from inside Fishers.

What counts as an emergency tow?

Anything where the car can't safely move and you can't safely wait long: dead on a live lane or shoulder, breakdown in single-digit temps or summer heat with kids in the car, a vehicle blocking a drive or dock, anything leaking fuel. On live-lane and shoulder calls we treat dispatch like the clock it is — Indiana's Move Over law exists because shoulders on 69 and 37 are genuinely dangerous places to sit.

While you wait: hazards on, wheel turned away from traffic, and stay belted inside the car unless you can stand well clear of the roadway. If you're in a lane and the car rolls, get it to the shoulder before anything else; if it won't roll, get yourself out and away.

Night calls are half of towing. The rate quoted is the rate charged, at 2pm or 2am.

What does emergency towing cost?

Local hook plus first miles typically $75–$125, per-mile after, with after-hours and recovery conditions (winching, off-pavement) added openly. You get the number before the truck moves. What you never get: the "we'll figure it out at drop-off" total that the auction-network trucks are notorious for.

Questions people actually ask

Do you actually answer at 3am?
Yes — a person who can dispatch, not a machine that promises a callback. Night calls are the job.
How long will I wait on I-69?
From inside the Fishers grid, typically 20–40 minutes to the corridor exits. Shoulder-of-69 calls get priority because sitting there is dangerous.
Can you tow with my kids or dog along?
Cab seats are limited but riders come first — tell dispatch how many when you call and we plan for it. Nobody gets left on a shoulder.
My car is stuck in a parking garage — can you get it?
Low-clearance garages need the right truck and sometimes a skate setup. Say 'parking garage' when you call so the correct rig rolls the first time.
Do you take cards on the truck?
Card, tap or cash on the spot; receipt texted immediately — formatted for insurance reimbursement.
